Soaking: Soak the wheat seeds in 0.01mg/L (40kg water per grain) solution for 12-24 hours. The solution should submerge the seeds, which has a significant promoting effect on the root system (including root length and number) and plant height.

      Seedling stage: Spraying a solution of 0.01mg/L (40kg water per grain) at a rate of 50kg/mu can enhance the tillering ability of wheat seedlings. The seedlings treated with this solution have an increased ability to withstand low temperatures in winter, increased stress resistance, and good growth of functional leaves in the lower part of the plant, thereby reducing the chance of infection by diseases such as bacterial wilt.

      Tillering stage: Using 0.01mg/L (40kg of water per grain) of 50kg/mu of liquid for foliar treatment can increase the number of tillers.

      Booting stage: 0.01~0.05mg/L (12~40kg water for each grain) solution is used for foliar spray treatment, which has a good regulation and promotion effect on wheat physiological process and photosynthesis, and can accelerate the transportation of photosynthetic products to the ear. Two weeks after treatment, the chlorophyll content of stems and leaves was higher than that of the control, and the number of grains per spike, weight per spike, and thousand grain weight all increased significantly, with a general increase of 7% to 15%.
